[APPOINTMENT] Banbanson® unveils Latest SEWLESS™ Tech: HAC Series breaks the Acrylic coated fabric C0 DWR Bonding barrier | TITAS taipei & Performance day Munich 2026
As the global performance textile industry rapidly transitions to C0 Fluorine-Free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatments, the finishing process has introduced unprecedented material compatibility challenges. Among the various C0 DWR agents, formulations utilizing Polyacrylate binders (Acrylic-based finishes / CO DWR Acrylic coated fabric / PA coated fabric) offer excellent wash durability but create an extremely low surface energy shield with dense steric hindrance. This microscopic barrier effectively blocks conventional TPU hot-melt adhesive films from establishing essential hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces with the fabric, leading to critical peel strength failures and delamination in SEWLESS™ garment constructions.

The Ultimate Bonding Solution for Acrylic / PA Coated C0 DWR Fabrics
To solve the industry’s most notoriously difficult chemical bottleneck, Banbanson® is proud to unveil its disruptive SEWLESS™ latest black technology at the Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS) and Performance Days in Munich this October 2026: The HAC Series TPU Hot-Melt Film. (Passed 45'C, 30 cycles industrial standard reach up to 20N)
Standing for "Hack-Acrylic Chemistry" the HAC Series represents a breakthrough in interfacial thermodynamics. Banbanson’s R&D team has engineered a specialized polymer chain architecture that exhibits extraordinary dynamic wetting and micro-penetration upon melting. Acting like a chemical "hacker," the HAC film bypasses the polyacrylate barrier to achieve robust polymer chain entanglement and mechanical interlocking directly with the underlying fibers. The result is an industrial-grade, highly wash-durable SEWLESS™ bond on the most challenging C0 DWR fabrics, achieved without requiring invasive pre-treatments.
