1986

The Origin of Integrity

"it started with an obsession for the perfect machine."

​

In 1984, before "seamless" defined modern sportswear, our founder—a dual-expert in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering—launched China’s first generation of Hot Air Seam Sealing Machines.

Driven by an obsession with mechanical precision, he foresaw a future where bulky stitches would be replaced by fluid, invisible bonds. He recognized TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) not just as a material, but as a revolutionary medium for softness, durability, and sustainability.

This foresight led us to partner early with international Top tier brands, solving complex bonding challenges that others could not. and beside, we built the machinery that defined it.

Looking towards 2026, Banbanson has transformed into a Synchronized Global Network. With our headquater in Hong Kong, massive production engines in China, agile supply chains in Vietnam, and innovation tech hubs in Taiwan and Singapore, we have built a foundation strong enough to support the world's boldest ideas.

We are here because we feel the same passion you do.


We see that global brands and designers are still deeply enthusiastic about the possibilities of seamless technology. We share your belief that the fusion of high-performance functionality and high-fashion aesthetics is still a vast, unexplored frontier.

As one of the few manufacturers in China with in-house Eco-Equipment R&D teams, we innovate alongside you. We modify our own production lines to achieve Mono-Material Recyclability, ensuring that as you push the boundaries of design, we are right there with you, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
