We didn't just remove the toxins; we re-architected the polymer chains to achieve deep mechanical interlocking without the need for toxic chemical swelling agents.

Redefining the Absolute Limits: The 60°C / 50-Wash (Extreme test condition)

To prove this epoch-making shift, we threw out the standard 40°C outdoor apparel testing protocol. We subjected PF20B to a punishing 60°C wash for 50 continuous cycles (45 mins per cycle).

The lamination data (conducted at just 150°C / 15s) shattered the ceiling of what is chemically possible for eco-polymers:

• Performance Synthetics: Maintained an indestructible peel strength of 39 N/cm. The fabric will physically tear before the BANBANSON bond breaks.

• Natural Cotton & Cellulose: Achieved up to 22 N/cm. This is a historic victory—cotton is notoriously difficult for eco-adhesives to penetrate. PF20B roots into the porous natural fibers seamlessly.
