【The Seamless Development workflow】

• Step1: Material Proofing & Diagnostics

  Before we cut any fabric, we must ensure the chemistry works.

  • Timeframe: 3-5 Business Days

  • Price: $300 USD (First fabric type) | + $150 USD (Per additional fabric)

  • Workflow: we have your fabric swatches. Our Lab runs 10-30 wash peel tests. We output a certified report identifying the exact HQBANBANSON adhesive formula required for your specific fabric.

• Step 2: 2D/3D Pattern Engineering

  Once the adhesive is confirmed, we adapt your design for flawless bonding.

  • Timeframe: 5-7 Business Days

  • Price: $300 - $600 USD (Depends on garment complexity)

  • Workflow: Seamless garments require specific overlap tolerances and shrinkage compensation. We take your traditional Tech Pack and re-engineer the pattern specifically for hot-melt construction. (Client must approve the digital/physical pattern before we proceed to construction).

• Step 3: Physical Seamless Masterpiece Construction

  Executing your vision with zero stitches.

  • Timeframe: 10-14 Business Days

  • Price:

    • Tier 1 (Lightweight/Activewear,T-shirts, Yoga wear)

    • Tier 2 (Performance Softshell,Running Jackets)

    • Tier 3 (Extreme 3L Hard-shell,3-Layer Jackets, Multi-pocket)

  • What Happens: Our Sample Room uses the approved pattern and certified adhesives to build your fully functional, production-ready prototype. Price includes 1 minor structural revision.

I agree to the Prototyping Terms & Conditions:

• Prototyping Iterations: The quoted price covers the engineering and construction of ONE (1) initial physical prototype based on the approved digital pattern. Given the permanent nature of hot-melt seamless bonding, physical alterations to the completed garment are severely limited. Any subsequent adjustments or new iterations requested by the client will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur an Iteration Fee starting from $300 USD (material and reproduction costs).

• Clients must provide a comprehensive Tech Pack including detailed 2D flat sketches, bill of materials (BOM), and basic measurements. We do not accept AI-generated concept art or rough sketches without structural details.

• HQBANBANSON reserves the right to modify the initial design to ensure seamless manufacturability. If a design is deemed physically impossible for hot-melt construction, we will issue a full refund.

• Shipping & Handling: All physical testing samples and prototypes are shipped via Client's Courier Account (FedEx/DHL/UPS Collect). HQBANBANSON does not cover international outbound shipping costs for R&D items.
