Struggling with tape delamination / adhesive film on C0 DWR fabrics?
Banbanson® introduces a proprietary High-Polymer Hot Melt specifically engineered to penetrate low-surface-energy coatings. C0 DWR adhesive film Currently available for top-tier fabric mills and designers via our HK Headquarters.

The "Slippery" Reality of Modern Fabrics
The global ban on PFAS (C8/C6) has forced the outdoor industry to switch to C0 DWR (PFAS-Free) coatings. While this is a victory for the environment, it has become a nightmare for production. These new coatings (often silicone or wax-based) create a surface energy so low that standard hot melt adhesives simply slide off.
What is C0 DWR and Why is it Hard to Bond?
The Chemistry: C0 DWRs are typically based on Silicones, Waxes, or Dendrimers.
The Physics: These create a hyper-hydrophobic surface with extremely Low Surface Energy.
Therefore Standard hot melt adhesives can't "wet out" (spread). They sit on top like oil on water. When the glue cools, it has zero mechanical grip.

If you are seeing peel strengths drop below 10N, this is why.
Introducing the "High-Polymer" Breakthrough
At Banbanson, we refused to accept "weak bonds" as the new normal.
Leveraging our massive Twin-Screw Extrusion lines, we have engineered a proprietary High-Polymer Hot Melt Adhesive.
This is a hyper-active formulation designed with specific polar groups that aggressively penetrate the microscopic barriers of C0 DWR coatings.
This Changes Everything:
20N+ Adhesion: While the industry struggles to hit 10N, our High-Polymer solution consistently delivers 20N+ on C0-treated fabrics after washing.
The Overkill: If this adhesive can bond to the most difficult C0 DWR and ePE membranes, imagine what it can do for your standard fabrics. It provides an unmatched safety margin for Nylon, Polyester, and Blended textiles.
Invisible Anchor: Despite its strength, the film maintains excellent clarity and softness, preserving the handfeel of luxury technical fabrics.
This is a High-Performance Tier product. Due to the complexity of production and the strategic value of this formula, we are currently releasing it exclusively to Top-Tier partnership Fabric Mills and Brand designers who are pushing the boundaries of waterproof gear.
We invite you to challenge this adhesive. If you are developing a garment with a "hard-to-bond" fabric (C0 DWR, ePE, or smooth Bio-PU), connect with us.
How to Apply for Testing?
Please contact our Hong Kong Headquarters directly.
To ensure a precise lab match, we require you to send fabric swatches along with your specific performance targets:
Target Peel Strength: (e.g., >15N or etc)
Wash Requirements: (e.g., 40°C x 5 cycles, or Industrial Wash)
Fabric Type: (Specify DWR type if known)
Our formulation is designed for this new generation of eco-laminates.
